Contributor, Accreditation & Conduct Agreement
Eleven One Media LLC · Qatar Financial Centre Registration No. 4312 · Doha, State of Qatar
Version 1.0 · 2 September 2026
Important
This Agreement governs the relationship between Eleven One Media LLC and an approved photographer, journalist, videographer, correspondent, producer or other media contributor. It does not by itself create employment, permanent representation or an automatic right to accreditation.
This Contributor, Accreditation & Conduct Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Eleven One Media LLC, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in the Qatar Financial Centre (“Eleven One Media”, the “Agency”, “we”, “us”), and the individual or entity accepting this Agreement (the “Contributor”, “you”).
By signing, electronically accepting, or continuing to contribute content after acceptance of this Agreement, the Contributor agrees to the terms below, together with the Agency’s applicable Terms & Conditions, Licence Information, Privacy Policy, Content, Copyright & Editorial Policy and any written assignment or accreditation instructions issued for a specific engagement.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Agreement establishes the conditions under which the Contributor may submit editorial or creative material to Eleven One Media, participate in assignments, request Agency support for accreditation, and use the Eleven One Media name in a limited and controlled professional context.
It applies across all editorial fields in which Eleven One Media operates, including news, politics, sport, culture, entertainment, business, features, documentary work, photography, video, reporting and other media activities.
2. Contributor Status and Independent Relationship
The Contributor acts as an independent professional unless a separate written employment agreement expressly states otherwise. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, permanent agency, fiduciary relationship or authority to bind Eleven One Media.
The Contributor has no authority to sign contracts, incur costs, make commitments, issue statements, request visas, seek access, or represent that Eleven One Media has approved an assignment unless prior written authorisation has been issued by an authorised Agency representative.
- A profile on the Platform is not proof of employment or permanent representation.
- A Contributor ID, internal card or previous assignment is not a general press credential.
- Publication or sale of a Contributor’s content does not create authority to represent the Agency.
3. Onboarding, Verification and Continuing Eligibility
Eleven One Media may require identity verification, contact information, professional history, portfolio review, tax or payment details, press documentation, licences, permits, references or other reasonable information before or during the relationship.
The Contributor must keep submitted information accurate and current and must promptly report any material change that could affect eligibility, legal compliance, accreditation or the Agency’s reputation.
Active Contributor baseline
For routine accreditation-support eligibility, the current baseline is evidence of ongoing participation during the preceding 60 days, normally including at least:
- 3 separate accepted editorial coverages or assignments; and
- 30 accepted editorial assets in aggregate, such as photographs, video clips or other approved deliverables.
This baseline is a minimum screening criterion only. It does not guarantee accreditation, assignment, payment, travel support or representation. Eleven One Media may consider quality, consistency, professionalism, subject-matter relevance, territory, organiser requirements, conduct history and business need. The Agency may waive or adjust the baseline for exceptional contributors or assignments by written decision.
4. Accreditation and Representation
No Contributor may request or obtain accreditation, event access, press credentials, restricted-area access, media facilities, visas, invitations, interviews, government permissions, federation approvals, match access or similar privileges in the name of Eleven One Media without prior written approval.
All requests for Agency-backed accreditation must be submitted through the process designated by Eleven One Media and must identify the event, organiser, dates, location, purpose, expected deliverables, travel needs and any deadline.
- The Agency may approve, reject, defer or condition a request at its sole editorial and operational discretion.
- Approval for one event is limited to that event and does not create continuing authority.
- The Contributor must comply with all organiser, venue, federation, government and legal conditions attached to the credential.
- Any credential, press card, letter or document issued by Eleven One Media remains subject to withdrawal and does not replace a governmental, regulatory or organiser-issued licence where one is legally required.
Prohibited representation
Without prior written authorisation, the Contributor must not use the Eleven One Media name, logo, letterhead, registration information, signatures, website, email domain, staff names or company documents to create the impression that the Agency has requested, sponsored or guaranteed the Contributor’s access, travel, visa, assignment or professional status.
Forgery, alteration, reuse outside the authorised purpose, or unauthorised submission of Agency documents is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination and referral to organisers or competent authorities where appropriate.
5. Assignments, Travel and Expenses
An assignment is binding on Eleven One Media only when confirmed in writing by an authorised representative and, where relevant, specifies the scope, deadline, deliverables, location, compensation, licensing treatment and any approved expenses.
Unless expressly approved in advance and in writing, the Contributor is responsible for personal travel, accommodation, visas, equipment, insurance, local transport, taxes and other costs. The Agency is not responsible for expenses incurred in anticipation of an assignment or accreditation.
The Contributor remains responsible for personal safety, equipment security and compliance with local law. Eleven One Media may issue safety or assignment instructions but does not guarantee access, event continuation, visa issuance, security conditions or acceptance of content.
6. Content Ownership, Rights and Agency Licence
Copyright ownership is determined by the applicable written contributor arrangement and the law governing the work. Unless the Agency has acquired ownership or an exclusive right by a separate written instrument, submission of content does not by itself transfer copyright ownership to Eleven One Media.
By submitting content that Eleven One Media accepts for distribution, the Contributor grants the Agency the rights reasonably required to ingest, store, review, edit non-substantively, catalogue, watermark, display, market, distribute, sublicense and license the content to customers in accordance with the applicable licence model and commercial arrangement.
The Contributor represents and warrants that they created the content or have sufficient rights to submit it; that metadata and captions are accurate to the best of their knowledge; and that the submission does not knowingly infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark or other third-party rights.
Photographic and audiovisual works are protected categories under Qatari copyright law. Any rights granted under this Agreement are contractual usage rights and do not imply a transfer of rights beyond what is expressly stated.
7. Editorial and Technical Standards
All contributions must comply with the Eleven One Media Content, Copyright & Editorial Policy and any assignment-specific requirements. In particular, the Contributor must:
- provide accurate captions, dates, locations, identities and contextual information;
- preserve the factual integrity of editorial photographs and video;
- disclose any material staging, composite, illustration, AI-assisted generation or alteration;
- avoid fabricated events, deceptive metadata, manipulated evidence and misleading edits;
- respect privacy, dignity, safety and applicable restrictions concerning minors, victims and sensitive situations;
- retain original files or source material for a reasonable period when verification may be required; and
- respond promptly to reasonable requests for correction, verification, originals, releases or supporting information.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Synthetic Media
AI tools may be used for limited administrative or technical assistance only where they do not alter the factual meaning of editorial material and where their use complies with Agency policy. The Contributor must not submit deepfakes, undisclosed synthetic editorial imagery, fabricated scenes, AI-generated evidence or material that falsely appears to document a real event.
The Contributor must not use Eleven One Media confidential content, customer information, unreleased material, credentials or internal documents to train or prompt third-party AI systems unless expressly authorised.
9. Professional Conduct and Conflicts of Interest
The Contributor must act lawfully, safely and professionally and must not engage in harassment, discrimination, bribery, intimidation, fraud, credential abuse, deliberate obstruction, theft, violence or conduct that creates an unreasonable risk to others or materially harms the Agency’s reputation.
Any actual or potential conflict of interest that may reasonably affect editorial independence must be disclosed. Contributors must not accept payment, gifts or instructions from a subject or interested party in exchange for misleading coverage or favourable editorial treatment.
When operating in politically sensitive, conflict, protest, court, crime or public-safety environments, the Contributor must follow applicable law, organiser restrictions and any heightened editorial or security instructions issued by Eleven One Media.
10. Use of Brand, Social Media and Public Statements
The Eleven One Media name and logo may be used only as authorised and only for the approved purpose. The Contributor must not create unofficial business cards, press cards, letterheads, email addresses, websites, social profiles or documents that suggest corporate authority.
On social media or in public communications, the Contributor must not speak on behalf of Eleven One Media unless specifically authorised. Personal opinions should not be presented as Agency positions.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Contributor must keep confidential any non-public assignment information, customer information, pricing, credentials, security procedures, unpublished content, internal communications, technical information, contracts, access links and personal data obtained through the Agency.
Personal data must be handled only for authorised professional purposes and in accordance with the Eleven One Media Privacy Policy, applicable QFC data-protection requirements and any mandatory law relevant to the Contributor’s activity or location.
12. Compensation, Sales and Taxes
Compensation, commission, revenue share, day rate, assignment fee or other payment terms are governed by the applicable written commercial arrangement, platform terms or assignment confirmation. No payment is owed merely because content was submitted, uploaded or made available for review unless a written arrangement states otherwise.
The Contributor is responsible for personal tax, social-security, registration or business obligations arising from independent professional activity, except to the extent applicable law places a specific obligation on Eleven One Media.
13. Complaints, Corrections and Cooperation
The Contributor must cooperate promptly with legitimate editorial, legal, copyright, privacy, organiser or customer inquiries concerning submitted content or professional conduct. Where a correction, clarification, restriction or takedown is reasonably required, the Contributor must provide available facts and source material without delay.
Eleven One Media may temporarily restrict or remove content while a complaint is assessed and may issue corrections or notices consistent with its editorial and legal obligations.
14. Suspension, Withdrawal and Termination
Eleven One Media may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate a Contributor account or accreditation eligibility where there is inactivity, repeated quality failure, breach of policy, non-cooperation, inaccurate information, reputational risk, organiser complaint or other reasonable editorial or operational grounds.
Immediate suspension or termination may occur for serious misconduct, including:
- unauthorised use or falsification of Agency credentials or company documents;
- fraud, impersonation or knowingly false accreditation claims;
- fabricated or materially manipulated editorial content;
- serious copyright, privacy or confidentiality breaches;
- harassment, bribery, violence or serious unlawful conduct; or
- conduct creating material legal, security or reputational risk for the Agency.
Termination ends future authority to use the Eleven One Media name or represent any association beyond truthful historical credit. Accrued rights relating to already licensed content, confidentiality, payment reconciliation, intellectual-property obligations and dispute provisions survive where applicable.
15. No Guarantee of Assignment or Accreditation
Eleven One Media does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments, sales, licences, accreditations, travel opportunities, press cards, visas, publications or revenue. Editorial and commercial decisions remain subject to Agency needs, customer demand, organiser rules, legal requirements and professional performance.
16. Governing Framework and Disputes
Eleven One Media LLC is incorporated and registered in the Qatar Financial Centre. This Agreement is intended to operate within the applicable QFC legal and regulatory framework and any mandatory laws that apply to the specific activity, territory, content or parties. Where a separate signed assignment or commercial agreement contains a valid governing-law or dispute-resolution clause, that clause will apply to the matter it covers.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Because contributors and assignments may operate internationally, local mandatory laws and organiser rules may apply in addition to this Agreement.
17. Changes to the Agreement and Policies
Eleven One Media may update operational policies and technical standards from time to time. Material changes to this Agreement that affect substantive contractual rights will be communicated through an appropriate notice or acceptance process. Assignment-specific instructions may supplement this Agreement but may not be used by the Contributor to create authority beyond the written scope.
18. Entire Agreement and Order of Documents
This Agreement, together with the incorporated policies and any applicable written assignment or commercial schedule, forms the agreement governing the Contributor relationship. If documents conflict, a specific signed assignment or commercial schedule prevails for that assignment, followed by this Agreement, then the generally applicable Agency policies, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
19. Acceptance and Signature
By signing below or accepting electronically, the Contributor confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, have had the opportunity to seek independent advice, and agree to comply with the standards and restrictions described above.
