Taisei Iwamoto

From Japan to Düsseldorf, a new visual perspective joins the Eleven One Media network. Taisei Iwamoto is a Japanese sports photographer and videographer based in Düsseldorf, Germany. Positioned within one of Europe’s most important football environments, he covers the German Bundesliga, UEFA competitions, and international matches across Germany and Europe. Inspired by the values of discipline, precision, and attention to detail rooted in his Japanese background, Taisei approaches every assignment with focus, patience, and a strong instinct for anticipating the moments that define a match. His work goes beyond documenting the action on the pitch, capturing the emotions, pressure, stadium atmosphere, and human stories surrounding the game. His visual perspective also places particular emphasis on Japanese professional footballers competing in Europe. Through his lens, he follows their professional journeys and brings their stories closer to audiences in Japan and around the world. Taisei’s professional credentials include a VDS press card, as well as media assignments for Goal J and UEF. As the first photographer in the Eleven One Media network specializing in regular Bundesliga coverage from within Germany, Taisei opens an important new chapter in the agency’s European expansion. His presence in Düsseldorf strengthens our coverage of German and European football while adding a distinctive Japanese visual perspective to our international storytelling.
