Sumaya Dirie

From the fast-moving world of American digital sports media, Sumaya brings together photography, real-time content, and an instinct for the stories developing around the game. Her coverage begins before kickoff and continues beyond the final whistle. From players, coaches, teams, and stadium atmosphere to breaking updates and match-day narratives, she keeps audiences connected to what is happening before, during, and after the action. Active across social media, Sumaya combines sports photography, real-time reporting, digital storytelling, and audience engagement, transforming a match from a single event into a continuous media story. Her strength is not simply capturing what happens on the field — it is understanding what audiences want to know, see, and follow as the story develops. She joins the Eleven One Media international network as part of a new generation of sports media professionals built for the speed of modern journalism — visual, immediate, connected, and always close to the story.
