The company's activities and services may evolve or expand over time and may be provided directly or through its international offices, representatives, contributors, photographers, journalists and authorised partners.

2. Website Operator and Editorial Responsibility

Eleven One Media LLC is responsible for the operation and administration of elevenone.media and its associated digital platforms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, content published on the website is provided or distributed by Eleven One Media, its authorised contributors, photographers, journalists, correspondents, partners or licensors.

Publication of an individual's profile, photographs, articles, videos or other content on an Eleven One Media platform does not, by itself, confer authority on that person to legally represent Eleven One Media.

Registration as a contributor, creation of an Eleven One Media profile, acceptance of media content, publication of photographs, issuance of a contributor account or previous collaboration with Eleven One Media does not automatically constitute appointment, employment, agency, accreditation or authority to represent Eleven One Media.

No contributor may use the Eleven One Media name, logo, company information, credentials, letters, business identity or affiliation for the purpose of obtaining any of the following without prior written approval from Eleven One Media:

• media accreditation or press credentials;
• event or match access, including restricted-area access;
• visas, invitations or travel documentation;
• interviews, governmental permissions or press facilities; or
• any other privilege, access right or authorisation obtained in the name of Eleven One Media.

Any accreditation request submitted in the name of Eleven One Media must be initiated, reviewed or expressly approved by the agency.

4. Contributor Status

The designation "Eleven One Media Contributor", photographer, journalist, correspondent or similar title does not automatically mean that the individual is an employee, officer, director, legal representative or authorised agent of Eleven One Media.

Contributor status may be subject to continued compliance with professional standards, editorial requirements, activity requirements, submission requirements, verification procedures and Eleven One Media's Contributor and Accreditation Policies.

Eleven One Media reserves the right to determine whether a contributor remains active, inactive, suspended or eligible for agency-supported accreditation.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the Eleven One Media name, brand identity, logo, website design, databases, text, graphics, software, metadata and other proprietary elements made available through the Eleven One Media platforms are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Photographs, videos, articles and other editorial works displayed on the platform may be owned by Eleven One Media, individual contributors, partner agencies or other rights holders, depending on the applicable contributor or licensing agreement.

The appearance of content on the website does not constitute permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, download, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use that content.

Any authorised use is subject to the applicable Eleven One Media Licensing Terms and Licence Information.

6. Editorial Content

Eleven One Media operates as a media and editorial-content agency.

7. Third-Party Rights

Trademarks, event names, competition names, organisation names, club names, logos or other third-party intellectual property displayed in editorial content remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Their appearance in editorial material does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless such relationship is expressly stated by Eleven One Media.

8. Website Information

The operation of Eleven One Media and its contractual relationships may therefore be subject, as applicable, to the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre, relevant laws of the State of Qatar, contractual governing-law provisions and mandatory laws applicable in jurisdictions in which Eleven One Media conducts activities.

The existence of an Eleven One Media office, representative, contributor or operation outside Qatar does not by itself change the governing law of a particular relationship unless expressly provided by contract or required by applicable law.
